This 526 page hardback book is in real nice condition overall. The dustcover does have handling wear, but is still in pretty decent condition. Book dimensions are 12 ¼" x 9 ¼" x 1 ½".
There are no dog ears, rips or tears in the book, it does not look to have been read.
